黄芪当归合剂对肾病综合征患者肾功能、炎症机制及疗效的影响

Effect of Huangqi and Danggui Mixture on Renal Function,Inflammatory Mechanism and Therapeutic Effect in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:探讨黄芪当归合剂对肾病综合征患者肾功能、炎症机制及疗效的影响研究。方法:肾病综合征患者115例,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组58例与对照组57例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合黄芪当归合剂治疗。两组疗程均为6个月。比较两组治疗前后肾功能指标、炎症因子水平变化,治疗疗效及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:两组Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白定量、白蛋白治疗后明显降低(P<0.05);观察组Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白定量、白蛋白治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-1、TNF-α、IL-6水平治疗后明显降低(P<0.05);观察组IL-1、TNF-α、IL-6水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.10%)高于对照组(75.44%)(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论:黄芪当归合剂可明显改善患者肾功能,减轻患者微炎症状态,且疗效显著,安全可靠,值得研究。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Huangqi and Danggui Mixture on renal function, inflammatory mechanism and therapeutic effect in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods ：115 cases of nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into observation group 58 cases and control group 57 cases. The control group was treated with routine treatmentand the observation group was treated with Huangqi and Danggui Mixture on the basis of the control group. Two groups＇ treatments were 6 months. Before and after the treatment, compare the two groups renal function index, the level of inflammatory factors, treatment efficacy and adverse drug reactions occurred. Results：The two groups＇ Set, BUN, 24h urinary protein quantitatiou and albumin significantly reduced after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇ s Scr, BUN, 24h urinary protein quantitation and albumin after treatment were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the levels of IL - 1, TNF - αand IL - 6 were significantly decreased in the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇ s IL - 1, TNF - α and IL - 6 levels after treatment were lower than those of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in the observation group （93.10%） was higher than that in the control group （75.44%） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion： l-luangqi and Danggui mixture can significantly improve renal function, reduce the micro inflammatory state of patientsand the curative effect is remarkable, safe and reliable. It is worth studying.
