Research on Resolving College Cultural Crisis in Perspective of Cultural Confidence

高校文化是高校意识形态的重要组成部分，对提升高校教育管理水平，推进高校人才培养工作起着重要作用。当前，高校文化面临着许多危机，以提升文化自信为导向，化解当前高校文化危机，传承传统文化、弘扬红色文化、倡导先进文化、借鉴西方文化、打造特色校园文化。势在必行。

College culture is the important part of the ideology in higher education, which can enhance the level of college education management and proceed with the personnel training in college. Nowadays, college culture should face many crisis that students＂ cultural quality is weak, teachers＂ culture quality is not high enough, and cultural characteristics are not clear. To promote cultural self-confidence and dissolve the cultural crisis of colleges is imperative.Therefore,we should inherit traditional culture, carry forward the red culture, advocate advanced culture, draw lessons from western culture and build characteristic campus culture.
