当人们谈论人格同一性(personal identity)的时候,就必然会想到洛克,可以说洛克的人格同一性理论是其之后的哲学家们进行哲学思考的一个重要起点和参照点。同样,胡塞尔在思考人格同一性的时候,也就必然要回应洛克的思想。在本文中,我们首先探讨洛克的人格同一性的基本含义以及其基本的观点和思路。在此基础上,我们将借用胡塞尔的现象学的观点对洛克的人格同一性理论进行反思,以发现其在现象学视域下所透露出来的不足之处。最后,我们将对二者的人格同一性思想进行一个总体的反思和评价。

When people talk about personal identity,it will be inevitable to recall Locke. We can say, Locke＇ s theory of personal identity is an important starting point and reference point for the philosophers after him.Similarly, when Husserl thinks about personal identity, it is necessary for him to respond to Locke＇ s ideas.In this article, we will first discuss Locke, the basic meaning of his personal identity as well as his basic views and ideas.And then,on this basis, we will reflect on Locke＇ s theory of personal identity through Husserl＇ s phenomenology to discover its shortcomings from the perspective of phenomenology.Finally, we will make an overall evalnation and refection about their personal identity themy.
