摘要
针对雷达低频脉冲负载特性,文中提出在电源输出带一定的储能电容器的方式来改善开关电源功率器件的应力,使电源的可靠性得到提升。通过实际的测试波形对比验证了储能电容器在低频脉冲负载下对电源整体可靠性和使用性能的提升。该方案的有效性在某雷达发射机电源中得到了充分验证。
According to the characteristic of Radars’ low frequency pulse loads,a method that the power supply equips a certain energy storage capacitor,to improve the stress of switching power supply device is put forward in this paper,so that the reliability of the switching-mode power supplies can be improved.Through the comparison of the actual test waveform,it also shows that the energy storage capacitor can improve the overall reliability and performance of the power supply under low frequency pulse load.The scheme is also used in Radar’s transmitter power supply,and its effectiveness is verified.
