摘要
为保证风冷柴油发电机组在极寒环境中正常使用,机组箱体进、排门采用电动百叶窗控制,内部设置互为备用的空间加热器,在寒冷季节机组备用时关闭电动百叶窗,内部空间加热器通过基站电源持续加热使箱内温度控制在15℃左右,使机组始终处于良好准备启动状态。对机组油箱采用伴热带电加热及保温层等多层包敷处理技术,也能保证在极寒环境中燃油的正常供给。通信基站用户外型耐低温风冷柴油发电机组完全实现了通信基站对备用风冷柴油发电机组在极寒环境中的使用要求。
To ensure the air-cooled diesel generating set in extremely cold environment to be normally used,the inlet and outlet doors of the unit are controlled by an electric shutter,and the interior is provided with an alternate space heater.During the cold season,when the unit is installed,the electric shutter is closed,and the internal space heater is continuously heated by the power supply of the base station so that the temperature in the box is controlled at about 15 degree,which keeps the unit in good condition.For the oil tank of the unit,the set adopts the technology of multi layer coating treatment,such as heating,heating and insulation,and can ensure the normal supply of fuel in the extreme cold environment.The communication base station user appearance low temperature air cooling diesel generator set completely realizes the communication base station to spare wind cooling diesel generator set in the extreme cold environment.
