我国长期护理保险制度的实践及思考

Practice and thinking of long term care insurance system in China

通过对青岛等8地长期护理保险制度的比较分析,发现各地长期护理保险存在若干争议。对此,未来我国长期护理保险制度的发展,还需从目标定位、基金筹集、服务输送、保险给付等方面加以完善。

This paper found that there are a number of disputes on long-term care insurance by comparing the long-term care insurance system in eight cities including Qingdao. In this regard, the future development of long term care insurance system in our country could be improved from the aspects of target orientation, fund raising, service delivery, insurance payment and so on.
