摘要 目的:探讨磁共振多点非对称回波采集与迭代最小二乘法水脂分离——智能定量技术(IDEAL-IQ)对不同年龄椎体骨髓脂肪含量的定量评价。方法:对52例(18~81岁)健康志愿者进行腰椎MR检查,健康志愿者按年龄进行分组,将其分为3组,小于40岁组,40~60岁组,大于60岁组。首先常规扫描矢状位T2WI、T1WI和横轴位T2WI序列,常规扫描结束后采用IDEAL-IQ序列对L1~L5椎体水平进行扫描,相应脂肪分数值(FF值)用GE4.6后处理工作站进行测量。结果:随着受试者年龄的增加,椎体内骨髓脂肪含量逐渐增加。不同年龄组(小与40岁组、40~60岁组、大于60岁组)的L1至L5椎体骨髓脂肪含量FF值有逐渐增加的趋势。40~60岁组、大于60岁组中女性平均椎体骨髓脂肪含量FF值较同年龄组男性平均椎体骨髓脂肪含量高。结论:磁共振IDEAL-IQ技术是评价椎体骨髓脂肪含量的快速、简便的新技术。 Purpose: To assess the value of iterative decomposition of water and fat with echo asymmetry and least-squares estimation (IDEAL) - intelligent quantification (IQ) imaging technique in evaluating the fat fraction (FF) of vertebral bone marrow. Methods: Fifty-two healthy volunteers aged from 18 to 81 years old were enrolled. The volunteers were divided into three groups according to their ages (〈40 years group, 40-60 years group, 〉60 years group). First, the conventional sequences of sagittal T2WI, T1WI conel axial T2WI were scanned, then IDEAL-IQ sequence were scanned at L1-L5 vertebral level. The fat fraction value (FF value) were measured by GE4.6 postprocessing workstation.Results: The FF of vertebral bone marrow were increased with the volunteers' age. And there was a general trend that the marrow fat content was increased in more inferior vertebral body. In 40-60 years group and 〉60 years group, the FF values in vertebral bone marrow in women were higher than that in men in the same age group. Conclusion: The IDEAL-IQ imaging technique can be used as a new way to evaluate the physiological and pathological process of vertebral bone marrow.
