摘要
介绍了IEC61850通信协议,并结合IEC61850通信协议在水电站智能化中的特点,制定了松江河发电厂监控系统智能化改造方案,即在原有的LCU设备基础上加装规约转换设备,将机组LCU设备通信协议转换为IEC61850协议,接入智能化统一信息平台。经改造后,全站智能化设备将处于一个统一、开放的数据平台上,实现了水电站一次设备和二次智能电子装置的数字化通信,以及智能装置之间的互操作,在IEC61850过渡阶段且能够保持与传统水电站站内设备兼容。
Introducing the IEC61850 communication protocol, this paper combines the IEC61850 communication protocol characteristics in intelligent of hydropower station to formulate the retrofit scheme of intelligent supervisory system of Songjianghe power plant. That means to convert communication protocol of unit LCU device to IEC61850 protocol through adding a protocol conversion device on the original LCU device and to get access to intelligent unified information platform. After the advancement, total station intelligent equipment will be in a unified, open data platform, which will achieve the digital communication between primary equipment and secondary intelligent electronic device of hydropower station, and interoperability between intelligent devices and keep compatible with traditional hydropower station equipments in IEC61850 transition phase.
