2205合金在除雾器冲洗水系统中的应用

湿法脱硫系统运行过程中,常发生除雾器冲洗水管断裂的现象,对除雾效果造成很大的影响。对除雾器冲洗水管发生断裂的原因进行了分析,提出使用2205合金管代替PP材质冲洗水管。通过改造实例分析,提出了2205合金在除雾器冲洗水系统中应用时的具体优化措施。改进后,系统实际运行效果良好。

During the operation of the wet flue gas desulfurization system, demister＇ s flushing water pipe often fractures, leading to the deviation of defogging performance. Therefore, the reasons causing the fracture of the flushing pipe are analyzed and the usage of 2205 alloy pipe is raised in place of the flushing pipe with PP material. By analysis on case reformation, specific measures are given to promote the application of 2205 alloy in flushing water system of demister. After the improvement, the system runs in a good effect.
