摘要
为减少含氯消毒剂消毒饮水后残留的异味,研制出内为脱味剂(亚硫酸钠),外为消毒剂(二氯异氰尿酸钠)的个人饮水消毒用双层丸剂。该消毒剂经实验室试验、中试生产与现场验证表明,消毒效果可靠,存放较稳定,使用者乐于接受,为一良好的新型剂型,并已获得我国专利。
In order to reduce the residual odor after disinfection of drinking water with chlorine-containing disinfectant, the double-layer pill, a personal drinking water disinfectant, was developed. Each pill weighs 75~80 mg and consists of a nucleus of sodium sulfite (deodorant), an inner envelop of thin lac membrane and an outer coat of sodium dichloroisocyanurate (disinfectant). During use, the disinfectant dissolves first to kill bacteria and the deodorant disolves 10 minutes later to remove the odor. It was indicated in laboratory experiment and field trial that adding 1 pill of disinfectant into 1 L of water could kill bacteria (Escherichia coli) and viruses ( bacteriophage f_2 of E. coli and poliovirus) to meet safe standard of drinking water. The disinfectant is packed in glass tube with rubber stopper. Its available chlorine content decreases by 7.6% after storage for two and half years. The oral LD_(50) of the disinfectant in mice is 9076±189 mg/ kg and the cumulative toxicity coefficient is>6.8. Ninety five persons drank the disinfected water and considered that the residual chlorine odor decreased significantly and the water was acceptable for drinking.
