论周公庙“薄姑”腹甲卜辞

On the Plastron Oracle Inscription of “Bogu” Found at Zhougongmiao

周公庙所出土的"薄姑"腹甲卜辞由于关系到周初薄姑史事,有特别重要的研究价值。本文对于该片卜甲上的三条卜辞进行了细致的释读,认为其主要内容是记载了薄姑遣使来周,周王命人去薄姑回报的过程。联系到薄姑的历史和周初的史事,这片卜甲的占卜时代很可能是在武王伐商的过程之间。

The plastron oracle inscription with the term ＂Pugu＂ unearthed at Zhougongmiao Site has specially important academic values because it is related to the history of the Pugu State in the early Western Zhou Dynasty. This paper finely glossed and interpreted the three divination inscriptions on this piece of plastron, and deciphered that they were the records about the processes of the envoy of the Pugu State coming to the Zhou and the king of the Zhou dispatching return envoy to the Pugu State. Considering the history of the Pugu State and the historic stories of the early Western Zhou Dynasty, the divination recorded by this plastron oracle inscription was very probably conducted during the expedition of King Wu against the Shang Dynasty.
