从正反两方面分析了南水北调中线工程建设对南阳人口、资源、环境和经济可持续发展的影响 ,并提出 ,面对新的形势 ,南阳可持续发展应采取科学决策 ,充分考虑区域环境承载力 ,安排移民 ;加强生态环境建设 ,创造良好发展环境 ;利用高科技 ,充分合理使用地区资源 ;提高区域制度创新能力 。

This paper from two sides analyzed the medium route project of water t ransfer from south to north influencing to Nanyang sustainable development of po pulation, resources, environment and economic The authore suggested that Nanyan g must carefully think of loading ability of regional environment to arrange immi grants ,try its best to protect regional ecological environment ,apply new and h igh technology to improve the ratio of using resources ,improve the initial abil ity of regional system and so on.
