摘要
在城市建设不断数字化、智能化的发展背景下,智慧城市建设需要在不断完善数字化基础硬件设施建设的基础上,实现智慧服务的落地。因此,从城市管理和城市居民的实际需求出发,建设各类智能交互产品和服务体系是当前智慧城市建设的重要内容。在这个过程中,用户体验研究的应用能使智慧城市建设适应"体验社会"文化发展的新需求,使相关产品和项目建设更有效、更高效。本文从体验研究与智慧城市建设的关系、用户体验研究的应用模式和体验研究应用案例分析等方面进行了深入的阐述,提出了适应智慧城市建设的用户体验研究应用的有效模式。
Under the background of continuous development of the digitization and intelligentization, smart city construction needs to perfect digital hardware infrastructure construction and realize the intelligence service. Therefore, starting from the actual needs of urban management and urban residents, the construction of all kinds of intelligent interactive products and service systems are the important contents of smart city construction. In the process, the application of user experience research can make smart city construction met to the new needs of the development of ＂experience society＂, and make related products and projects construction be more effective and more efficient. In this paper, we discuss the relationship between the research of experience and smart city construction, the mode of user experience application and the cases about it. The effective mode is advanced for the application of user experience research in smart city construction.
