2型糖尿病及糖尿病足患者血清唾液酸的变化及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)以及糖尿病足(DF)患者血清唾液酸(SA)的变化。方法检测93例T2DM患者和52例年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)与之匹配的健康人群SA、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)。T2DM患者包括53例单纯糖尿病患者以及40例DF患者。同时对40例DF患者和52例健康人(正常对照组,NC组)血清SA绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC)并通过相关分析评价SA的价值。结果通过ROC确定血清SA的临界值为639.95 mg/L,对应的敏感度为87.5%,特异度为90.38%。DF患者SA明显高于T2DM组以及NC组(P<0.05),且SA同FPG以及Hb A1c呈正相关。结论 SA在T2DM及DF中显著增加,检测血清SA对判断DF有重要意义。
