摘要 [目的]找出适于蓝盆花种子发芽的前期处理条件,为提高种子发芽率提供理论指导。[方法]采用培养皿发芽法,通过选用不同的发芽床和浸种温度对蓝盆花种子进行发芽试验,研究其对蓝盆花种子发芽的影响。[结果]纸间培养条件下种子发芽率和发芽指数最高,种子腐烂率最低,而砂间培养没有种子发芽且种子腐烂率最高;40℃浸种温度处理下种子的发芽率最高,随着浸种温度升高,发芽率逐渐降低。[结论]蓝盆花种子发芽适宜的浸种温度为40℃,纸间为种子发芽的最适发芽床。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to find out the pretreatment conditions suitable for germination of Scabiosa tschiliensis seed, and to provide theoretical guidance for improving seed germination rate. [ Methods ] Using germination method of petri dish, sprouting experiments were carried out by selecting different germination beds and seed soaking temperatures,its effect on the germination of Scabiosa tschiliens seed was studied. [ Result ] The germination rate and germination index of seed were the highest under the condition of culture between papers, and the decay rate of seed was the lowest ,while there was no seed germination and the decay rate of seed was the highest under the condition of culture between sand. The germination rate of seed was the highest under 40℃ soaking temperature. With increase of soaking temperature, the germination rate decreased gradually. [ Conclusion] The suitable soaking temperature is 40℃ for the germination of Scabiosa tschiliensis seed and the most suitable germination bed is between papers.
