论高职理工科新手教师人文素质的提高

The Improvement of Higher Vocational Education of Humanistic Quality of the Novice Teachers in Science and Engineering

本文针对高职理工科新手教师人文素质水平较低的现状,分析了其人文素质方面存在的具体缺陷,包括知识结构不完整、人文观念缺失、人文修养不足等,最终根据高职理工科新手教师的具体情况从学校及个人角度提出了具体的提高方法,为学校及教师提供了一些提高人文素质的实际参考。

This paper analyzes the humanities quality of the novice teachers of science and engineering in the low status o~ the humanistic quality,including the incomplete knowledge structure,the lack of humanistic ideas,humanities training,humanistic accomplishment and so on.Finally,according to the specific situation of the novice teachers in science and engineering,the paper puts forward the concrete improvement methods from the school and the individual point of view,and provides some practical reference for the school and the teachers to improve the humanistic quality.
