PDCA循环模式应用于医学实习生医院感染教学效果的评价

The Evaluation of Teaching Effect of Hospital Infection in Medical Intern by Using the Model of PDCA Cycle

目的:评价PDCA循环模式应用于医学实习生医院感染教学的效果,探讨更好的教学模式。方法:结合学校与医院的教学资源,采用PDCA循环模式,对附属医院265名实习生进行医院感染防控知识教学,定期考核,针对薄弱环节,加强培训;同时,记录问题并纳入下一轮的考核中,如此反复,不断循环。以南通大学附属医院2012年医院感染相关数据为底本,通过绘制曲线观察各指标的变化趋势,率的比较采用卡方检验进行统计分析,比较该模式教学前后医院感染的防控效果。结果:PDCA循环模式使用后,医院感染防控效果显著改善,医院感染发生减少,感染例次率由1.91%降至1.5%(P<0.01);全体医务人员、实习生手卫生依从性分别从50.06%、22.73%显著提高至96.91%及100%(P<0.01)。实习生医院感染防控相关指标考核均分逐年上升。结论:PDCA循环模式教学医院感染明显优于传统教学模式。

Object：To evaluate the teaching of hospital infection in medical interns by using the model of PDCA cycle,to explore a better teaching model.Method：Combined with the teaching resources of the schools and hospitals, teaching and checking 265 interns of affJaiated hospital in infection prevention and control knowledge regularly,by the PDCA cycle mode.Strengthen the training of weak links.At the same time,record questions and included in the next round of evaluation,over and over again.Reference data is hospital infection related data of affaliated hospital in 2012. Comparing the effect of hospital infection prevention and control before and after the model teaching,by drawing curves observed trends.Every index rate compared with chi-square statistics analysis.Results：After using PDCA cycle model,the effect of hospital infection control and prevention is improved significantly.The occurrence of hospital infection is reduced.Infection rate of cases from 1.91% to 1.5% （P〈0.01）;All the medical staff,interns hand hygiene compliance respectively,22.73% increased significantly from 50.06% to 22.73% and 50.06% （P 〈 0.01）.The intern hospital infection prevention and control related index evaluation share rises year by year.Conclusion：PDCA circulation pattern teaching hospital infection is superior to the traditional teaching model.
