随着创新型国家战略的推进,高校承担着创新人才的培养重任,如何培养计算机专业创新人才是摆在我们面前的新课题。高校首先应明确构建计算机创新人才培养体系的目的、目标和基本要求,改革教育理念,在专业教育培养方案的基础上,多措并举,构建以计算机竞赛、校企合作办学、卓越工程师培养计划和大学生科技创新项目为依托的培养体系,并切实保障和夯实创新人才培养体系建设,从而有效促进学生的创新精神和创新能力培养。

With the promotion of innovative national strategy,universities bear the important task of cultivating innovative talents,how to train innovative talents of computer science is a new task before us.The first should be clear about the construction purpose,objectives and basic requirements of the computer system of cultivation of innovative talents,the reform of education concept,on the basis of professional education training program,simultaneous implementation of a variety of measures based on computer contest,school enterprise cooperation,excellent engineer training program and college students＇ science and technology innovation project relying on to and reinforce the innovation the construction of talent training system,and earnestly safeguard and strengthening the construction of innovative talents training system,so as to effectively promote the cultivation of students＇ innovation spirit and innovation ability.
