摘要
目的:探讨案例式教学模式在外科学教学中的应用。方法:将本校2008级、2009级临床专业各75名学生分别分为5组,每组确定1名组长,负责督促学生自学教材、病例、查阅资料、组织分组讨论等;选择临床和教学经验丰富的教师主持课堂讨论;对学生进行问卷调查,统计学生对案例教学方法的满意度。结果:平均分8.5分(满分10分);同学们对教学内容设置认为合理的占95%;教学效果良好98%;与传统教学比较的趣味性有明显提高占100%;满意度97%。结论:案例教学可以激发学习兴趣,培养学生临床思维能力。
Objective:To explore the application of case based teaching model in the teaching of surgery.Methods: The 75 students of school 2008 grade and 2009 grade which of clinical professional were divided into 5 groups,the one leader of each group was determined,which responded for supervising the self-learning,learning the cases,access to information,organizing the discussion.The teachers with rich teaching and clinical experience were chose for hosting classroom discussion,taking questionnaire survey of the satisfaction.Results:The average score is 8.5 points (out of 10);the students regarded as the content setting is reasonable,98%;those regarded as teaching effect is good,95%.Compared with the traditional teaching,the learning interest was improved significantly, 100%;the satisfaction,97%.Conclusion:Case based teaching model can stimulate learning interest and cultivate students' clinical thinking ability.
