应用技术型大学通信工程特色专业培养方案的研究与制定

人才培养方案是实现人才培养目标和提升教学质量的纲领性文件,是组织教学过程、安排教学任务、实施教学管理的重要依据。为了适应国家和地方经济社会发展对应用技术型人才的需求,构建与应用技术型本科高校发展相适应的高层次应用技术型人才培养体系,本文以应用技术型大学中建设通信工程特色专业项目为契机,以符合社会发展需要为目标导向,开展了培养方案中人才培养目标、课程体系以及实践教学的研究工作,并在此基础上,研究如何制订通信工程专业的人才培养方案。

Talent development program is a framework document,which intendss to cultivate talents and improve education quality,as well as an important basis of conducting educational activities,assigning teaching tasks and implementing instructional management.To meet the national and regional demand for applied science talents,and build the high-level relevant talents cultivation system consistent with the development of applied science universities,it is significant to take the opportunity to build information engineering specialty program,and regard satisfying demand of social development as the target.Further,it is necessary to carry out research on talent development target,curriculum system and practical teaching.At the same time,it is the basis of considering how to create the plan of relevant talent culfivation.
