在当前高职院校毕业生就业压力不断增大的情况下,人才的职业核心能力越来越受到重视。高职院校作为培养职业技能型人才的重要基地,对学生职业核心能力的锻造必须发挥主要作用。高职学生在校内的相关专业实践、实验对今后的职业核心能力有着很关键的影响。本文在研究过程中,以职业能力为视角,对当前高职实验室的建设改革进行了深入分析。

In the current higher vocational college graduates employment pressure increasing situation,the talent of the occupation core ability more and more attention.Vocational colleges as an important base for the training of vocational and technical personnel,the core competence of students forging must play a major role.Vocational students in the school of related professional practice,experiment,the future of the professional core competence,has a very critical impact.Based on this,this article in the research process,from the perspective of professional competence,the current reform of higher vocational laboratory construction in-depth analysis.
