来华医学留学生的管理特点及对策探讨

在我国经济快速发展与综合国力不断增强的形势下,来华留学生人数越来越多,特别是医学留学生。留学生管理工作作为一项复杂而繁琐的系统工程,在留学生教育中发挥着十分重要的作用,高校应予以高度关注,采取恰当对策,提高管理水平,以此培养医学人才。本文在分析高校对来华医学留学生的管理特点的基础上,阐述有效的管理对策,为相关工作提供参考。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the continuous improvement of the overall national strength,the number of foreign students in China is increasing.Students management work as a complicated system engineering,it plays a very important role in the education of overseas students,should be highly concerned,take appropriate measures to improve the management level,in order to cultivate medical talents.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the management of medical students in China,this paper expounds the effective management measures to provide reference for related work.
