高等职业教育实践教学体系的构建方法研究

高等职业教育主要培养面向生产管理第一线需要的高素质应用型人才,高职教育实践教学体系是高质量人才培养的主要保障。本文在分析了高等职业教育实践教学的内涵和特征的基础上,探讨了现阶段实践教学体系构建存在的困难,并着重从以就业为导向,以"双证书"为有效载体,构建实践教学目标体系;以技术应用能力为主体,以实践活动为主线,构建实践教学内容体系;以实习大纲为依据,以实践教学成绩为标准,构建实践教学管理体系和以"双师型"师资队伍建设为支撑,以实训基地建设为依托,构建实践教学保障体系四个方面深入研究了高等职业教育实践教学体系的构建途径。

The higher vocational education is mainly for the production management of the first line of high quality applied talents,higher vocational education practice teaching system is the main guarantee for high quality personnel training.Based on analyzing the connotation and characteristics of higher vocational education practice teaching,this paper discusses the difficulties of constructing practical teaching system,and focuses on the practical teaching system, which is based on＂double certificates＂as the effective carrier,the practical teaching objective system,the practical activities as the main line,and the practice teaching content system.
