摘要
本文从融合构建大学生创新工作室的角度,对导师制队伍的建立,依托大学生创新工作室,教师完成角色的现代性转换,学生在主体能动性下获得内生能力,形成强化学生专业实践能力、增强教师专业能力、教学相长的运行机制进行了研究与实践,具有较好的借鉴意义。
This article from the perspective of the construction of College. Students' Innovation Studio,the establishment of the tutor team, relying on college students' innovative studio,the tutorial team established,the role of teachers completed transformation of modernity,students gained, endogenous capability under the subject initiative, strengthened students' practical ability and teacher's professional ability and so researched and practiced the operation mechanism of teaching is learning.It has a good reference.
