谈中职钳工技能实训中的小导生制课堂教学的研究

钳工实习实训课实习人数过多,加上在实训的过程中产生的噪音较大,教师在教学中很难管理,导致教学模式既是将过去的教师一人讲解,一人做示范,一人巡回指导,一人检验评定的教学模式,改为小组制教学小导生管理模式,每组安排一名小导生,由小导生负责小组的实习课堂教学和管理,从而解决教师一人面对实习学生过多的局面,在钳工实习课堂上增加导生制的教学模式意义重大。
