摘要
轨道交通是城市发展到一定规模后的产物,必将成为触发中国城市建设颠覆性革命的导火索。尊重中国城市化多为"中心城市"的既定事实,回顾国内外轨道交通建设以来城市转变的百年历史,致力研究轨道交通时代背景下具备两型特色的未来城市转型理念。首提类莲蓬理想城市模式构想,内容涉及城市形制调整、功能布局优化、空间景观改进、生活理念转变等方面,力求形成紧凑型城市功能组织架构,大幅度提升城市土地利用集约度,完美融合都市"密景观"与田园"疏景观",形成层次丰富、快慢有序的"城+乡"生活体。现以初涉轨道交通时代的长沙城市为例,提出其朝类莲蓬城市模式转型的规划方法,为其他城市提供借鉴。
Rail transport is an outcome of urban development to a certain size, and in stepping into the triggered fuse of China's urban construction subversive revolution. Respecting established fact of "Center-City" urbanization in China, reviewing domestic and foreign urban transformation from rail transit construction century history, this paper commits on study of two oriented society with rail transit background of future urban transformation concept. Creative conception of Schematic ideal model of "Analogous Lotus-seedpods City" covers urban shape adjustment, functional layout optimization, space landscape improvement, life philosophy change, etc, and strives to establish a compact city's functional organization structure,greatly upgrading the urban land use intensity, perfectly combining urban "density landscape" and the pastoral "sparse landscape" , forming rich layers and ordered speed of "city+ countryside" living style. Now taking Changsha city which is in the rail transit era as an example, this paper makes a planning approach to targeting at ideal model of analogous lotus city, which provides a reference for other cities .
