老龄化背景下的城市社区养老服务设施规划策略探究

Research on Planning Strategy of Urban Community Pension Facilities under Aging Background

基于社区居家养老是对未来我国养老模式发展的主导趋势的认同,文章分析了老龄化背景下城市社区养老服务设施建设的现状及存在的问题,探究并提出了"建立新形势下养老设施配置新标准、构建多元、人性、完善的养老服务设施体系、调整养老设施空间布局方式"等三个方面的规划策略,以期对今后城市社区养老服务设施的规划建设有所帮助。

Based on the recognition of that Community-Home Pension is the leading development trend of China＇s pension model in the future ,this paper analyses the current situation and problems of the construction of urban community pension facilities under the background of aging, explores and puts forward ＂establishing new standards for the allocation of pension facilities in the new situation; building a diverse, human nature, improved pension service facilities system;adjusting the space layout of pension facilities＂ and other three aspects of the planning strategy, hope to be helpful to urban community pension facilities planning and construction of furture.
