摘要
目的:研究急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清Copeptin与心肌损伤程度、RAAS系统活化的相关性。方法:选择在我院就诊的ACS患者并根据病情分为STEMI组、NSTEMI组、UAP组,选择同期就诊的稳定型心绞痛患者和体检的健康志愿者分别作为SAP组和对照组。采集各组受试者的外周血并分离血清,采用酶联免疫吸附试剂盒测定Copeptin含量、心肌损伤指标含量及RAAS分子含量。结果:STEMI组、NSTEMI组、UAP组患者血清中Copeptin、cTnI、cTnT、CK-MB、Myo、R、AT-II、ALD的含量均显著高于SAP组、对照组且ACS的病情越重,血清中Copeptin、cTnI、cTnT、CK-MB、Myo、R、AT-II、ALD的含量越高;Copeptin高含量ACS患者血清中cTnI、cTnT、CK-MB、Myo、R、AT-II、ALD的含量均显著高于Copeptin低含量ACS患者。结论:ACS患者血清中Copeptin显著升高且与病情严重程度、心肌损伤程度及RAAS系统激活程度密切相关。
Objective:To study the correlation between serum Copeptin and myocardial damage degree as well as RAAS system activation in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:Patients with ACS who were treated in our hospital between April 2014 and May 2016 were selected and divided into STEMI group,NSTEMI group and UAP group according to the illness,and the patients with stable angina pectoris who were treated and the healthy volunteers who received physical examination during the same period were selected as SAP group and control group respectively.Peripheral blood was collected from all groups of subjects to separate serum,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits were used to determine the contents of Copeptin,myocardial damage indexes and RAAS molecules.Results:Serum Copeptin,cTnI,cTnT,CK-MB,Myo,R,AT-II and ALD levels of STEMI group,NSTEMI group and UAP group were significantly higher than those of SAP group and control group,and the severer the condition of ACS,the higher the serum Copeptin,cTnI,cTnT,CK-MB,Myo,R,AT-II and ALD levels;serum cTnI,cTnT,CK-MB,Myo,R,AT-II and ALD levels in ACS patients with high Copeptin levels were significantly higher than those in ACS patients with low Copeptin levels.Conclusions:Serum Copeptin significantly increases in patients with ACS and is closely related to the disease severity,the myocardial damage degree and the RAAS system activation degree.
