摘要
脉冲电能是电网中带有突变性质的一类交变电能信号,提取脉冲电能突变信息是研究脉冲特性的重要问题。文章根据脉冲电能的特征,在S变换理论的基础上研究了对其突变特征分析方法,对脉冲电能突变信号进行时频分析,形成特征提取规则;然后将其应用于实测典型脉冲电能信号的突变信息提取和分析。结果表明,该方法能准确识别脉冲电能的突变信息,是脉冲电能突变特征量提取的有效方法。
Pulsed energy is a kind of electrical signal, which is not varying in sinusoidal waveform and accompanying mutation in power grid. The extraction of pulse energy mutation information is important to study the feature of pulse. According to the features of pulse energy, this paper proposes a new method to extract some mutations and decision rules based on S-transform theory, and then, it is applied to extract and analyze the measured mutation information of typical pulse energy signals. The results show that the proposed method can identify the mutation information accurate- ly, which is the effective method to study the mutation features of pulsed energy.
