摘要
针对某厂2230连退平整机换辊后出现的横向辊印缺陷,采用三维光学轮廓仪对横向辊印缺陷样板进行了检测与分析,并结合平整机辊缝闭合过程的数据分析,对横向辊印缺陷产生机理进行了研究。在此基础上,提出了平整机中间辊CVC辊形优化与闭辊缝速度优化的控制措施,并应用于工业生产,消除了横向辊印缺陷。
Aimed at the lateral roll mark defect in of temper mill, the sample with lateral roll mark 2230 continuous annealing was observed and analyzed unit after roll changing by 3D optical profiler. Based on data analysis of temper mill rolls closing process, the generation mechanism of lateral mark was researched, furthermore the optimization of CVC roll profile and the adjustment of roll closing speed were put forward. The measures have been used in industrial production, and lateral roll mark defect has been eliminated.
