Influence Factors and Countermeasures of Zinc Ripples Defect of Hot-Dip Galvanized Sheet

结合首钢京唐公司热镀锌生产线的生产实践，对热镀锌板锌流纹缺陷的影响因素进行了分析，重点探讨了锌流纹缺陷产生的原因，提出了控制措施，消除了锌流纹缺陷，热镀锌板表面质量显著提高。

Combining with the production practice of the CGL in Shougang Jingtang Iron ＆ Steel company, the influence factors and causes of zinc ripples defect of hot-dip galvanized sheet were discussed and the countermeasures were put forward. Eventually, the zinc ripples were eliminated and the surface quality of hot-dip galvanized sheet was improved significantly.
