摘要
退火炉内带钢跑偏是导致冷轧后处理生产线退火炉炉区停车降速的主要问题之一,不但影响生产线的产量和产品质量,严重时还会导致炉区断带事故发生。本文重点分析了炉内带钢跑偏的主要影响因素,阐述了炉内纠偏设备的工作原理,并结合生产实践介绍了炉内带钢跑偏的控制方法,减少炉内带钢跑偏次数和缓解带钢跑偏程度,使带钢在炉内稳定运行,提高产量,同时保证炉区速度和温度稳定,提高产品质量。
The strip running-off in the continuous annealing furnace was one of the main reasons of production line shutdown or speed-down, which would not only affect the production and product quality, but also lead to the occurrence of strip breakage. In this paper, the main factors of the strip running-off were analyzed. The principle of the correction device in the furnace was explained. Combined with the production practice, the control methods of the strip running-off were introduced. By using these methods, the number of times and degree of the strip running- off were decreased and the strip would run in the furnace steadily. Therefore the production was increased, and the stabilization of the speed and temperature in the furnace was ensured, and the product quality was improved.
