On Feinberg's View of Network Technology

安德鲁·芬伯格是法兰克福学派技术批判理论的代表人之一,深入研究计算机网络中的人机互动后,将计算机的使用和后现代理论联系起来,认为计算机技术是后现代技术。在对技术工具理论和技术实体论等技术决定论批判基础之上,提出了"工具化理论"和"场所理论",从不同角度阐述了网络技术的本质。

Andrew Feenberg is one of the representatives of the Frankfurt school. On the basis of the criticism of the technical determinism, such as the theory of technical tools and the theory of technological entity, he puts forward the theory of ＂Instrumentalism＂ and ＂place theory＂ to explore the essence of network technology.
