河南省的“互联网+”养老模式

河南省步入老龄化阶段,养老负担沉重,养老事业不尽如人意,存在着家庭养老维系困难,社会养老机构量少质次,社区养老事业起步较晚,养老专业人员严重缺乏等问题。"互联网+"养老模式可优化资源配置,解决养老服务短缺问题;让养老供需衔接更紧密,解决养老信息流通不畅问题;提高养老服务管理效率,解决河南省服务人员不足问题;丰富河南省老年人精神生活,提高其医疗保健水平。应通过构建各种系统搭建养老信息平台,由各级政府领导和推动河南省互联网基础设施建设和人才培养,引导河南省企业积极投入,鼓励社会力量共同参与,促进河南"互联网+"养老模式的实现。

Henan province has gradually entered the aging society and the costs of senior care are increasing. But the senior care industry is not satisfactory. The family senior care model is difficult to maintain. Social senior care institutions are deficient and of substandard conditions. Community senior care facilities are still under devel- opment and there is a lack of professional personnel. ＂Internet plus＂ senior care model can facilitate the optimiza- tion of resources and solve the problem of deficiency of senior care services, balance supply and demand in senior care industry, provide senior care information facilities, raise the quality of senior care services, solve the problem of professional personnel deficiency, improve spiritual well-being and health care conditions of senior people. It is important to build the senior care information platform systematically, to implement government sponsored construc- tion of Internet infrastructure and personnel training, to direct investment from various resources to participate in senior care industry and to facilitate the construction of ＂Internet plus＂ senior care model.
