With the rapid development of construction industry in our country, the number of construction projects is increasing, more and more attention has been paid to the rational planning and management of construction cost and budget. To do a good job with construction project cost budget, we must firstly understand the construction project cost budget system. Here in this paper, by analyzing the rational planning and management in the implementation of the construction project cost budget preparation, and the analysis of the business and functional requirements of the project cost system, a rational and scientific construction project cost budget system is designed, aims to provide effective reference for the construction project cost budget.
