高职生顶岗实习问题研究

Research on Post Practice of Vocational College Students

当今高职院校的顶岗实习环节存在着很多问题亟待研究解决:教师教学计划难以制定,学生专业学习难以完成,学生管理责任不明,顶岗实习期间学生安全事故时有发生等。论文指出了高职院校在顶岗实习中存在的问题,也提出了相应的应对策略:明确顶岗实习阶段的学生"身份",分清学生管理责任,建立相应的高职院校学生顶岗实习管理制度等。

At present, there are many problems to be solved of the post practice in higher vocational colleges urgently： teachers＇ teaching plan is difficult to develop, it is difficult to complete professional learning, the student management responsibility is unknown, the student safety accident occurs during the post practice and so on. This paper points out the existing problems in post practice in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures： clear the ＂identity＂ of students in replacement teaching phase, distinguish the responsibility of student management, establish post practice management system of higher vocational college students, etc.
