Research on Management Practice and Innovation of Electric Power Engineering Project

随着世界经济的发展,越来越多的工程承包企业走出国门,积极参与国际市场竞争,对国际工程总承包单位的发展提出了更大的要求。国际工程总承包单位的发展直接关系着各个国家的经济发展,因此,加强对电力工程的管理实践工作,提高管理的水平,有助于促进承包单位的发展。文章针对当前电力工程发展的状况,分析了其中存在的管理问题,针对国际工程总承包单位的管理状况提出了建议。

With the development of world economy, more and more construction companies go abroad, and actively participate in international market competition, so the development of international engineering general contracting unit has been put forward more requirements. The development of the general contracting unit ofintemational project is directly related to national economic development. Therefore, to strengthen the management practice work of electric power project and to improve the management level, which contributes to the promotion of the contractor. In view of the current situation of electric power engineering development, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management, andputs forward some suggestions for the management of the international engineering general contracting unit.
