In the process of vehicle maintenance, the air and water pressure test bed of air cylinder is a device which can test the leakage pressure of the air cylinder, and it plays an important role in ensuring the truck traffic safety. This paper mainly focuses on the problem of high maintenance frequency of air and water pressure test bed of air cylinder in east lake depot, analyzes the causes of equipment failure, puts forward the processing method and the relevant suggestions, and provides some technical re ferenc e for the future equipment maintenance.
