Improvement of Main Components of Main Generator Sealing Device in Dayawan Nuclear Power Station and Ling Ao Phase Ⅰ Nuclear Power Station

论文简要介绍了大亚湾核电站及岭澳一期核电站主发电机密封装置的组成、运行及出现的问题,并对问题的处理过程进行了简要描述。重点介绍了密封瓦和内油挡油封环的加工改进过程中碰到的问题及应对措施,经过多轮大修实践,证明该套方案切实可行。

This paper briefly introduces the composition, operation and problems of the main generator sealing device of Dayawan nuclear power station and Ling Ao phase I nuclear power station, and the process of dealing with the problems is described briefly. This paper mainly introduces the problems encountered in the process of the improving the sealing ring and the inner oil seal ring and the countermeasures. After several practice, it proves that the scheme is feasible.
