南充市中学生结核病防治认知及行为调查

Survey on the knowledge of tuberculosis and cognitive behavior of middle school students in Nanchong

目的:了解南充市中学生结核病防治认知现况,为针对性地开展本地中学生结核病防治宣教工作提供科学依据。方法:2015年6月至7月采用整群抽样的方法对白塔中学、南充高中、南充十中在校学生用自制问卷进行现场调查。以Epi Data2.1软件录入数据,SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 :(1)共发放问卷1350份,回收有效问卷1263份,有效回收率93.6%。(2)中学生对结核病基本知识总体知晓率为53.4%,其中男生为52.3%,女生为55.4%。(3)不同性别中学生对结核病防治认知的情况不同。(4)学生获得结核病基本知识的主要途径是网络和广播及电视、报刊杂志、墙体广告和宣传栏及标语,分别占49.5%、42.7%、39.8%。(5)学生希望获得结核病相关知识的途径依次是图画为主(图文并茂)的材料、文字为主的材料、声像制品,分别占66.8%、43.7%、41.3%。结论:医疗服务机构、各界媒体、学校等应共同采取措施加强对中学生结核病的健康宣传教育,普及结核病知识,提高中学生对结核病的认知度,提高中学生对结核病的防范意识。

Objective： To study the status of middle school students in their knowledge about tuberculosis prevention and their cognitive behavior, and to provide a scientific basis to carry out the tuberculosis prevention educational program. Methods： From June to July 2015, the cluster sampling method was applied to Baita middle school, Nanchong high school, and the tenth Nanchong middle school to ask students to answer questions in a self-made questionnaire. EpiData2.1 software was used to input data and SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results： Out of a total of 1350 questionnaires sent out, 1263 were returned （effective recovery rate 1263/1350 = 93.6%）. The overall rate of students with the basic knowledge of tuberculosis, awareness rate was 54.0%（52.3% for boys and 55.4% for girls）. Gender and grade level are influencing factors for the basic knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and the cognitive behavior that were mainly acquired through internet/radio/television, newspapers and periodicals, advertising and publicity column and wall slogans, which were accounted for 49.5%, 42.7%, 39.8 % respectively. The expected media for students to gain TB related knowledge in the ordering from high to low are graphic（Illustrated） materials, text-based materials, audio and video products, accounting for 66.8%, 43.7%, 41.3% respectively. Conclusion： Medical facilities, media, and schools should work together to strengthen the health education of tuberculosis in middle school students to improve students’ awareness of tuberculosis.
