利用电荷不变性和洛仑兹变换得出匀速运动电荷的场强空间分布,验证高斯定理在这样的电场中仍然成立,从而得出高斯定理在运动电荷场中仍然成立的结论.

Spacial distribution of field intensity of the charges in uniform motion is found out by utilizing constancy of charge and lorentz transform. Gauss' theorem is verified to be tenable in such a field so as to come to the conclusion that Gauss theorem still hold water in a field of motion charge.
