摘要
目的:研究蒙药"珍珠-25"味丸对小鼠心脏与动脉VEGF基因mRNA的作用。方法:蒙药"珍珠-25"味丸溶液以2次/d,连续给药4周后把小鼠断颈处死,取小鼠心脏用TRIzol法提取总RNA。然后设计小鼠VEGF基因响应引物,利用q PCR技术监测蒙药"珍珠-25"味丸作用下的小鼠心脏VEGF基因mRNA变化。结果:各组小鼠VEGF mRNA的表达水平在低剂量、中级量、高剂量组与对照组相比明显增加,中剂量组和高剂量组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蒙药"珍珠-25"味丸对小鼠心脏与动脉VEGF基因mRNA有调控作用。
Objective Analysis of effect of Mongolian medicine Pearl - 25 Pill on mice heart and arterial VEGF gene mRNA. Methods We prepared the Mongolian medicine Pearl Pill - 25 solution with 2d administered continuously for 4 weeks after the mice were sacrificed the mice heart by TRIzol method to extract total RNA. Then the mouse VEGF gene response primer was designed. Finally, using the mouse heart VEGF gene mRNA qPCR technology to monitor the change of Mongolian medicine Pearl Pill under - 25. Results The expression level of VEGF mRNA in each group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the middle dose group and the high dose group had statistical significance (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion The Mongolian medicine Pearl -25 pill could regulate mouse cardiac and arterial VEGF gene mRNA.
