Authentication of Chinese medicines is one of the professional courses of Chinese medicines major. According to the course features such as more contents, difficult to memory, author tried to apply the clue teaching method to the teaching process, and achieved good teaching effect. The paper explored the application of clue teaching method in the teaching of Authentication of Chinese Medicines.
