基于熵值耦合算法的企业战略项目管理研究

Corporate strategy project management based on entropy coupled algorithm

针对企业战略管理与企业的项目管理严重分离的问题,本文利用熵值理论以及耦合原理,将战略与项目管理联系起来,建立企业战略-资源-项目的耦合模型,并且给出模型的耦合度计算公式以及相应的步骤算法。通过比较不同战略对项目的耦合度进行实例检验,结果表明:耦合度最高仅为0.654,说明企业应该调整战略目标,重新进行项目评估。该耦合度模型算法能够为企业战略项目选择提供有意义的参考数据,引导企业快速发展。

For the problem of enterprise strategic management and enterprise project management of severe separation, we use entropy theory and coupling principle, strategy and project management will be linked to the establishment of corporate strategy - Resources coupled model project, and gives decouple the model calculation formula and the corresponding step of the algorithm. Examples of tests performed by coupling to compare different strategies for the project, the results showed that： the highest degree of coupling is only 0.654, indicating that companies should adjust strategic objectives, to revaluate the project. The coupling model algorithm can be selected to provide a meaningful reference data for strategic business projects to help the rapid development of enterprises.
