摘要 为了解决以往过套管地层电阻率测井仪器在生产测井中的局限性,通过对电阻率测井原理以及技术特点的研究,结合目前国内外测井仪器的设计经验,研发设计新一代测井仪。仪器利用四连杆式机械推靠装置,实现电极探针与套管内壁的良好接触和脱离,保证了探针采集信号的准确性和稳定性;设计超低频极微弱信号的检测与处理技术,使仪器的最高测量分辨率达到50 n V。实验室的测量精度和地面测试试验以及油田现场的测试结果表明,测量的地层电阻率曲线与裸眼井测试数据有很好的一致性,仪器可实现0~150欧姆米电阻率的可靠测量。 In order to solve the previous casing formation resistivity logging instrument of logging limitation, through the study of the resistivity logging principle and technology characteristics, combining with the logging instrument design experience of domestic and overseas, research and design a new generation instrument. Through the four-link mechanical backup devices, realize contact between electrode probe and cased, ensure the accuracy and stability of collection signal; Designing of ultra-low frequency signal detection technology, make sure the instrument resolution up to 50 nV. Laboratory measurement precision,ground test and field test results show that the measured formation resistivity curve has a good consistency with barefoot well, instrument can realize reliable measurement of 0-150 ohm meter resistivity.
