残膜回收机挑膜齿组的结构设计及加工工艺 被引量:4

摘要 残膜回收机主要的工作部件为残膜回收滚筒,其中挑膜齿组是构成残膜回收滚筒组成结构的重要部件之一。为保证挑膜齿组在滚筒中的凸轮盘带动下做圆周往复性运动,避免产生卡阻、停滞的现象,在生产过程中挑膜齿、挑膜齿管轴、拐臂与焊接加工工艺的精度都要设计合理,防止残膜回收滚筒在工作中发生损坏。结果表明:挑膜齿由65Mn材料制成的弧形挑膜齿,其弧形的角度为45°,挑膜齿管轴有九孔和十孔两种结构形式交错排列在滚筒内,拐臂采用铸件一体成型,焊接工艺的定位和角度必须在专用焊接平台上完成,从而保证产品的质量。 Polythene film collection roller is the main working part of collector, and spring finger is one of the main components of it. In order to avoid jam or stagnation, and ensure the spring finger driven by the cam disc, making circular reciprocating motion. For preventing the damages during operation, the precision of spring finger, spring finger hollow axle, connecting lever and welding process should be designed reasonably. Among which, arc spring finger is made of 65Mn material, and the arc angle is 45~. Nine-hole and ten-hole spring finger hollow axles are staggered arranged in roller, and connecting lever is integral formed. Position and angle of welding process must be completed on special welding platform to ensure the product quality.
