秸秆育苗钵旋压成型制钵机的研制

Design of spin-forming machine for seedling pot made from straw

为解决现有制钵机热压成型时温度和压力难以控制、钵体成型不均匀、强度差等问题,研制一种秸秆育苗钵的旋压成型制钵机。文中论述旋压成型制钵机的基本结构组成、工作原理及性能参数,以及在研制过程中几个关键技术方案的确定。通过对样机进行实际试验证明样机能够满足设计需求和实际生产的要求。

Aiming at solving the problems of existing hot press molding pot-making machine, like difficulties of controlling temperature and pressure, inhomogeneous pot and different intensity after forming, a spin-forming pot-making machine was developed. Basic structure, working principle and performance parameters of spin-forming pot-making machine are discussed in this paper, as well as several key technique schemes. The experiment of prototype verifies that this machine can satisfy the design and actual production requirements.
