摘要
针对新疆地区现有的烤馕装置机械化程度低、热效率差、环境污染严重等问题,设计并研制一种基于燃气加热可旋转式烤馕装置,该装置主要由可贴馕滚筒机构、无轴传动系统、匀火机构以及电控系统组成。该装置结构紧凑、操作简单、污染小,可实现馕的机械化连续烘烤。经试验验证,该装置在220℃~250℃工作条件下,约12~18min即可将白馕和洋葱馕烤熟。该装置的成功研制,为提高新疆少数民族特色餐饮业的快速健康发展具有一定的促进作用。
Aiming at the existing problems of roasting device for Nang in Xinjiang, such as low degree of mechanization, weak thermal efficiency and serious environmental pollution, a rotating roasting device based on gas heating was designed. This device is composed of roller, shaft- less drive system, uniform fire mechanism and electric control system, which can realize the mechanized continuous baking with compact structure, simple operation and less pollution. Tests verify that Nang with nothing or onion can be roasted by this device within 12-18min, at 220℃ -250℃. This device can promote the rapid and healthy development of ethnic catering industry in Xinjiang.
