摘要
美国出台的基础教育新法案《每个学生都成功法》,旨在推动美国基础教育质量的进一步提升,同时为有特殊教育需要的学生提供了丰富的政策支持。本文将从特殊教育立法的六项基本原则入手,介绍《每个学生都成功法》中对特殊教育的具体支持策略,分析其对美国特殊教育发展的影响,以及政府、学校和家庭在特殊学生教育中所发挥的作用和承担的责任,并对我国为特殊学生提供多方面的支持提出建议。
The US recently issued a new basic education act, Every Student Succeeds Act, which aims to further promote the quality of basic education, and provide substantial policy support for children with special needs. This study, based on six principles of special education legislation, introduces the specific strategies for the support of special education in Every Student Succeeds Act, analyzes its impact on the development of special education of the US, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the government, schools and families in special educa- tion, and offers suggestions for the support of students with special needs in China.
