摘要
学习投入是学业成就的重要预测指标,受学校因素、个体因素影响。以1129名初一至高三学生为被试,采用问卷调查法,考察了学校氛围、学校幸福感与学习投入的现状及三者间的关系。结果发现:中学生自我报告学校氛围较好,学校幸福感较高,学习投入状况较好;学校氛围、学校幸福感与学习投入显著相关;中学生学校幸福感在学校氛围与学习投入之间发挥部分中介作用。研究提示要重视提升中学生的学校幸福感。
Leaming engagement, a significant indicator used to predict academic performance, is affected by factors from schools and individuals. This study, by testing 1129 secondary school students with questionnaires, aims to explore the present situation of the school climate, the school well-being, and the students' learning engagement, and their relationship between the three dimensions. The results show the following: The students re- ported a high level of school climate, school well-being and learning engagement; the school climate and the school well-being were significantly correlated with their learning engagement; and the school well-being partially mediated between the school climate and their learning engagement. The study suggests attaching importance to the promotion of secondary school students' school well-being.
